How COVID 19 Restrictions affect us.

Retail outlet in Shepparton - Due to the Victorian Government restrictions on trade of non essential businesses our retail store located in Shepparton is currently trading during the following hours - 10am-3pm Monday-Friday & 10am-1pm Saturdays. Maximum of 4 people in the shop at all times and face coverings must be worn with social distancing adhered to.

Online Store - Our Online Store is not impacted at all other than the changes in shipping times due to restrictions set by the Victorian Government. Going forward until further notice we will be processing online orders that do not include Preorder or Order By Demand Products on Mondays & Thursdays.

While we do our very best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible due to the high demand, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays both nationally and internationally. Please take this into account when ordering.

We are taking every precautions when handling your items and receiving parcels from our suppliers sanitising them and wearing gloves and face guards while handling goods.

During this period where our retail outlet is closed we will offer FREE delivery in the local area (30km radius of Shepparton). We will be making CONTACTLESS deliveries meaning that we will ring your doorbell, knock on your door and leave your parcel on your doorstep. YOU MUST BE HOME FOR HOME DELIVERY to avoid the risk of your parcels being stolen. Upon ordering please leave a message when you will be home to avoid any delays in getting your goods to you.
