Why do we order on demand?

The reason why we order on demand is because we do not have a huge warehouse to store products or even a large shop front where we can store our products. 

How long will my order take to reach me?

That all depends on the item you order and whether it is a pre-order or Ordered On Demand. All of our Order On Demand products should reach you between 14-25 business days dependant on weather and public holidays. All of our Premium Bedding is ordered on demand and should reach you in 25 business days of you ordering your items. We place the order with our supplier as soon as we receive confirmation of your order via our site and payment. This ensures that you get your items in the quickest possible turnaround and avoids any delays. We DO NOT Pre-Order our Bedding Sets and only order from reputable manufacturers.

What happens if there is a problem with our order?

If there is any problem with your order or you have made a mistake when filling out your details please contact us within 24 hours of ordering to avoid delays. You can contact us here.
